 Emir joined SJD in 1997 and was made partner
of the firm in 2001. Emir is known for his expertise on corporate and
commercial matters (extensive experience in M&A),
telecomunication, corporate and finance restructuring, mining, foreign
investment and industrial relation. Emir is a member of the Indonesian
Mining Association (IMA), the American Chambers of Commerce (Amcham) in
Indonesia, the AKHI, and the IPBA. Emir is also a honorary member of the
Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Center
of International Legal Studies at Salzburg

been a partner of the firm since 2002. Rieke has advised major domestic
and international clients in general corporate and commercial matters,
banking, restructuring, capital market and investent as well as property
law. Rieke is a member of various organisations such as the AKHI, the
IPBA, the HKHPM. Rieke has been a lecture at the University of Indonesia
since 1995. |
