(formerly known as Soebagjo, Roosdiono, Jatim & Djarot) in 1988. Felix
has advised major domestic and international clients among others, in
general commercial law, investment, manufacturing industry, property law,
finance and capital market. Felix is active in various legal associations.
Felix is a Chairman of the Capital Market Lawyers Association (HKHPM), and
a Secretary General of the Indonesian Capital Market Arbitration Board
(BAPMI). Felix is also a member of the Indonesian Legal Consultants
Association (AKHI), member and former President of the Inter Pacific Bar
Association (IPBA). Felix is also active in Indonesian academic circle, he
is a lecturer at the University of Indonesia and the Gajah Mada
University. |

established SJD in 1988. Fatmah has advised major domestic and
international clients among others, in general commercial law, investment,
manufacturing industry, finance and capital market. Fatmah is a member of
the HKHPM and arbiter of the BAPMI. Fatmah is also a member of the AKHI
and the IPBA. Fatmah has been a lecturer at the University of Indonesia
since 1979.

energy. Dewi is active in various legal profession associations, such as
the HKHPM, the AKHI, the IPBA, and the IBA. Dewi is also member of the
Board of Directors of the Indonesian French Chamber of Commerce &
Industry (IFCCI). Dewi had been a lecturer in the faculty of Law of the
University of Indonesia from 1980 to 1990. Dewi is fluent in French and
