professional services in Mergers & Acquisitions. Noor is active in

 Greg is a corporate/commercial partner, who specialises in mergers & acquisitions, and capital market transactions in various sectors including financial institutions and resources & energy. Greg joined the firm’s associated office in Indonesia, Soebagjo, Jatim, Djarot, based in Jakarta in April 2009. Immediately prior to joining the firm. Greg was Chairman, South East Asia, of Morgan Stanley. He had previously held the positions (inter alia) of Vice Chairman Asia Pacific, CSFB, and General Counsel of the Jardine Matheson Group. Greg has been involved in a number of major projects in Australia and Asia, both as a lawyer and as an investment banker.
