Philip has been a partner of Blake Dawson Waldron since 1991, and since 2000 he is on secondment to SJD. Philip areas of experience also include advising on various projects and on financing transactions in Indonesia involving both foreign and Indonesian banks, and advising in respect of foreign investment in Indonesia. |

was a long time senior legal consultant to MWSA. Noor has been working in
Singapore, New Zealan, Sweden and Jakarta. Noor won the award of Asia
Leading Lawyers Award consecutively in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 for
professional services in Mergers & Acquisitions. Noor is active in
various associations and legal
conferences.
